

HERSHEY’S Lazy Cake
Ingredients
1 ½ cup | butter | ½ cup | HERSHEY’S Baking Bar- Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped | 1 cup | HERSHEY’S Syrup (Chocolate) | 3 tablespoon | HERSHEY’S Natural Unsweetened Cocoa | 2 cups | biscuit | ½ cup | pistachio | ½ cup | dried figs large diced | ½ cup | dried apricots large diced | ¼ cup | HERSHEY’S Premium White Chips |
Directions
- Method:
- On a medium heat, melt butter and HERSHEY’S Chopped Bar.
- Add HERSHEY’S Syrup and HERSHEY’S Cocoa Powder, Stir until mixture is well combined.
- Remove from heat and set aside, add crushed biscuits, pistachio, figs, and apricots and mix well.
- Line a 30-centimeter round cake tin with plastic wrap.
- Add mixture to tin and press it down till it’s firm.
Keep refrigerated for one hour.
- Melt HERSHEY’S Premium White Chips over double boiler.
- Drizzle with melted HERSHEY’S White Chips and pistachios.
